Inspection and Documentation
Once our crew arrives on site, we assess the damage with the use of infrared FLIR cameras and moisture meters to determine what has been affected and to what degree. We quickly get started extracting the water and protecting your furnishings. From there, we will moisture map and take pictures of the areas that are wet so that we can track the drying progress. We provide the documentation and communicate with you and your insurance agent throughout the drying process. It is imperative that we monitor progress until the affected areas are sufficiently dry.
